Work instruction on Installation roller removing evagination system of coal mill

 

COAL MILL ROLLER REMOVING EVAGINATION SYSTEM


Our works during coal overhauling

 

·        Dissemble parts whose attached by mill.

              Remove coal pipes and coal inlet outlet gates

              Remove roller housing seal air pipes

              Classifier dissemble

              Remove loading frame

              Removes rollers

              Remove all rolling segments

              Centre cap open

              Remove nozzle static ring

 

·        Repair and replace damage materials and parts.

 

Classifier

Maintain hard facing area by welding

Check coal flowing out let gate gaps

Loading frame

Replace guide plates

If roller hinge damage, then replace

Loading frame support damage bolt replace

Rollers and housing

Remove rough oil

Tyres replacement

Hinge, pins repair and others damaged bolt replacement

Housing bearing check and replace

All damage oil seals replacement

Reassemble rollers and filling fresh oil

Mill body

Repair mill body liner

Maintain hard facing area

Loading frame sim replacement

Replace all seal air ropes and gland ropes

Clean reject gate and reject gate gaps maintain

Check and change graphite air seal

 

·        Reassemble parts that was disassemble.

 

All reassemble parts as previous and up to mill start, we attend leakage.
