Step by step procedure.........

1. First check in your Mi phone Updated available Of MIUI12.

Go to on your phone settings > About your phones> Click on MIUI 11 Icons 8 times.





2. Click on 3 Doted option...> 


Choose update package ( where you have stored MIUI12 from download ,find same location )
and Choose file MIUI12 file > ok .
After some times ask for auto reboot than reboot your  , Finally your phone will be updated in MIUI12.
