अक्टूबर 2019 में एक इंटरव्यू में रतन टाटा ने कहा था कि स्टार्टअप के लिए ग्लोबल होने के लिए राइट टाइम जैसा कुछ नहीं होता है. यह जिम्मेदारी और समझ फाउंडर की होती है कि कब उन्हें अपना वैश्विक विस्तार करना है. साथ ही रतन टाटा ने कहा था कि मैं यह भी देखता हूं कि प्रमोटर्स कितने मच्योर हैं और अपनी नई कंपनी को लेकर वे कितना गंभीर हैं.
