1. Re- heater & super heater damper (Flue Gas Damper)

(11000*9000) *2 –

 

ü  All bearing found ok.

ü  Bearing servicing done.

ü  Stuffing box back plate remove and Old gland rope replaced with new one 12mm gland.

ü  Damper link rod dismantles and cleans work done.

ü  All linked adjusted for full flap open and full closed.

ü  Nos. 7 Damaged flaps repaired and other Flap clearance gap adjusted.

ü  Damper trial and rectification attendant done.

 

 

 

 

2. Re- heater damper (flue gas damper)

(11000*700)*2-

 

 

ü  All bearing found ok.

ü  Bearing servicing done.

ü  Stuffing box back plate remove and Old gland rope replaced with new one 12mm gland.

ü  Damper link rod dismantles and cleans work done.

ü  All linked adjusted for full flap open and closed.

ü  Nos. 8 Damaged flaps repaired and other Flap clearance gap adjusted.

ü  Damper trial and rectification attendant done.

 

 

3. ESP inlet / outlet damper

(2900*3400)*16-

 

Inlet A section 4 dampers

ü  Nos. 8 bearing found ok.

ü  Nos.8 bearing servicing done.

ü  Stuffing box back plate removed and old gland replaced with new one 12mm gland.

ü  Damper link cleaning done.

ü  Bearing housing base plate painting work done.

 

Inlet B section 4 dampers

ü  Nos. 8 bearing found ok.

ü  Nos.8 bearing servicing done.

ü  Stuffing box back plate removed and old gland replaced with new one 12mm gland.

ü  Damper link cleaning done.

ü  Bearing housing base plate painting work done.

 

Outlet A section 4 dampers

ü  Nos. 8 bearing found ok.

ü  Nos.8 bearing servicing done.

ü  Stuffing box back plate removed and old gland replaced with new one 12mm gland.

ü  Damper link cleaning done.

ü  Bearing housing base plate painting work done.

 

Outlet B section 4 dampers

ü  Nos. 8 bearing found ok.

ü  Nos.8 bearing servicing done.

ü  Stuffing box back plate removed and old gland replaced with new one 12mm gland.

ü  Damper link cleaning done.

ü  Bearing housing base plate painting work done.

 

4. Secondary air damper wind box connecting

(2045*1900)*20

 

Rear side of boiler wind box dampers (10).

ü Nos.10*4 bearing found ok.

ü Nos.10*4 bearing servicing done.

ü Stuffing box back plate removed and old gland rope replaced with new one 12mm gland.

ü Nos. 10 dampers all link rods cleaned.

ü Nos. 10 dampers link rods adjusted as dampers full open and full closed.

ü  Damper trial and rectification attendant done.

Front side of boiler wind box dampers (10).

ü Nos.10*4 bearing found ok.

ü Nos.10*4 bearing servicing done.

ü Stuffing box back plate removed and old gland rope replaced with new one 12mm gland.

ü Nos. 10 dampers all link rods cleaned.

ü Nos. 10 dampers link rods adjusted as dampers full open and full closed.

ü  Damper trial and rectification attendant done.

 

5. APH inlet damper Cold PA

 (4100*3500)*2-

ü  All bearing found ok.

ü  All bearing servicing done.

ü  Stuffing box back plate remove and Old gland rope replaced with new one 12mm gland.

ü  Damper link rod dismantles and cleans work done.

ü  All linked adjusted for Dampers flap full open and full closed.

ü  Damper trial and rectification attendant done.

 

6. APH inlet damper cold SA

(6039*4500)*2-

ü  All bearing found ok.

ü  All bearing servicing done.

ü  Stuffing box back plate remove and Old gland rope replaced with new one 12mm gland.

ü  Damper link rod dismantles and cleans work done.

ü  All linked adjusted for Damper’s flap full open and full closed.

ü  Damper trial and rectification attendant done.

 

7. APH inlet

 (Flue gas damper 10000*5000)*2

ü  All bearing found ok.

ü  All bearing servicing done.

ü  Stuffing box back plate remove and Old gland rope replaced with new one 12mm gland.

ü  Damper link rod dismantles and cleaning work done.

 

8. APH outlet damper hot PA

(2300*2400)*2

ü  On B pass 1 bearing found damaged and another bearing found ok.

ü  On B pass 1 damaged bearing replaced with new one F315 bearing and other all bearing servicing done.

ü  Stuffing box back plate remove and Old gland rope replaced with new one 12mm gland.

ü  Damper link rod dismantles and cleans work done.

ü  All linked adjusted for Damper’s flap full open and full closed.

ü  Damper trial and rectification attendant done.

 

 

 

9. APH outlet damper hot SA

(6150*3600)*2

ü  All bearing found ok.

ü  All bearing servicing done.

ü  Stuffing box back plate remove and Old gland rope replaced with new one 12mm gland.

ü  Damper link rod dismantles and cleans work done.

ü  All linked adjusted for Damper’s flap full open and full closed.

ü  Damper trial and rectification attendant done.
